Scared To Bulk...Could this work?
Yea I am frukin terrified to bulk I really dont want to get fat at all, can't stand that sh!t. So I was thinking if I just continue to follow a lean mass approach like that found in the sticky wouldn't that be like a very slow bulk...just something that would take years? Honestly I wouldn't mind

I doesn't have to take years but you can certainly take a much slower approach, I see nothing wrong with this at all.

Just eat the right foods in mass amounts. STAY HARD AND RIPPED!
Its not a bulk or a cut its a way of life BABY!!!

just add 200 cals to your diet every two weeks and keep it clean and you should add lean mass with no problem. my avatar is 166 at 3% right now im at 180 at 7% and im eating 2800 cals a day and doing cardio only 2-3 times a week for 20 minutes.....you can bulk slowly and stay ripped.

yeah dont be like me and gain 12lbs in one week. Mostly water..some fat..maybe .1 lbs Muscle I think Im gonna hack some cals
