    Gimme some ideas bros!

    Well it's that time of year again...getting ready for the summer, hardcore cutting time. Anyways, I just wanted to get some ideas from you guys as to what to eat when you "mix it up". Occasionally I'll do chicken breasts in a low carb tortilla w/ low fat sour cream and such, just to get away from the "same every day thing" which can really wear your appetite out. So what's some ideas? Just looking for some cuncocsions (sp?) some of you guys put together to get away from the same old dry tuna and such.

    but yeah its also the usal for me////tuna,chicken.egg whites

    i eat chicken way too much for my liking, but it's the best protein for the money. i mix it up with different kinds of marinades. mrs. dash has a chipotle marinade that's like 20 calories or something and it's ridiculously good. i recommend it.

    chicken in a fat free tortilla with fat free sour cream and some salsa and fat free cheese, mmmmm. sugar free-fat free pudding mixed with some whey of the same flavor. Natty PB with chocolate whey. wheat toast with egg whites and cinnamon, good french toast.
