I made this list for a buddy. Add your favorite carbs/protein choices
Carbs
Brown Rice
Yams
Veggies...Brocolli and Spinach are best
Reg white rice is ok but I never eat it
Proteins
Canned Tuna..white tuna in water
Chicken
Steak
Fish..Salmon, talapia, Tuna steak...most any fish is good
Turkey meats..burgers, steaks, ground meat
Fats????

How bad is mustard??? I mean i eat clean real clean but someimtes when I have plain chk with plain brocolli I use a lil bit of mustard to dip chicken in. Is this horrible? Just bad because of sodium??? If so I am not worried to to much but come onI am not competeing so I should be able to use a tad of mustard

100% organic whole wheat or flax bread....
I sprinkle fiber one on everything to make it crunchy.....cottage cheese.

I just started being hardcore again but generally I just eat a pro/carb meal every 2.5 hrs..for instance this is today
1st......shake/2 bananas
2nd......salad-romaine lettuce, cucumbers, strawberries, big piece of chk
3rd.....steak/brocolli
4th.....tuna with a tad bit of just 2 good mayo, pepper, brown rice
5th...PWO shake
6th....talapia and brown rice

Nah. I need to keep it at a low calorie intake right now. I slacked for a bit when I bought my condo and added some serious fat. Not a ton but enough. But I do know tha I need at least one more meal in there. Again I just started. I eat clean like this for 5 days and slack on the wkend.
When I go on its another story but for now I need to lose about 10-15 lbs and get my abs back. Then its big eating. Anavar /Tbol/Clen

cream of wheat...a good one for bulking. doesnt fill you up as much as oatmeal or yams.
