Baked white potatos and baked sweet potatos

Are baked white potatos and baked sweet potatos a high or low GI carb,

Basically what I want to know, are these good to have (along with chicken breast) good for a PPWO meal?

Or would these be better at another time of day?

Sweet potatoes are always better, especially if you are prone to store fat? Also it depends on what you are trying to do. Its ok to eat it at certain times of the day, but it depends on what you are trying to do for me to tell you the best time to eat it.

Sweet potatoes are better for you. They are higher GI than white potatoes I believe (?) - after lifting either white potatoes or sweet are ok - I would say it's mainly preference - but Sweet potatoes are better

So I can eat both as part of my PPWO meal? What about earlier in the day? Can I eat them than as well?

What are your goals, stats, and current diet? You will most likely get some more responses to that question if you post that up first.

Baked white potatoes are REALY high on the GI scale. 135 on the scale where white bread is defined as 100.

I eat a regular potato PWO and definitely have not seen any negative results as far a fat gain goes.
