    2 Chicken Breast too much?

    Hi i consume an average of 40g of protein in my foods but in one of my foods i take in 2 chicken breast i usually buy these from the market here in panama so no nutritional facts is that too much protein in one sit?

    i will eat additional chicken in the middle of the day if i get hunger pain, or a craving..

    doesn't do much for the craving, but makes me full as all get out..

    when i say the middle of the day, i mean in addition to the standard meals i eat..
