I want to fully understand how the competitors get so lean for there shows. In other words how long does it take and whats the routine. Also, how does one get all the water out of there body before the show?
I have a photoshoot to do and need to get the water out of my system. I am versed on dieting and so forth but I dont know how to take it to the next level. I am at about 6.5%-7.0% drug free.
