how much cottage cheese can i eat?
recently ive been going a bit ott on the cottage cheese, eating about 1kg a day hehe, but its just so convenient for protein in regards to taste, cost (1kg is like £2 for me with 125g protein) and ease of eating, is this ok or is there a down side to eating this too much? i do eat tuna/eggs and chicken everyday also so it isnt all i eat if thats what you thought!!

You can eat as much as you want. Consuming Sodium may result in a little water retention but that is not a problem as long as you don’t have high BP and you are not preparing for a competition.
