Grapes and string cheese for a snack?
Was wondering if this would be a bad snack? I'm just trying to put together all the meals for the day.

Whats wrong with the grapes? Isn't it ok to have some fat? I eat chicken, potato, cottage cheese and egg whites for the rest of the day.

I add a fat free string cheese to every meal man. 9g protein 0g carbs 0g fat, like 60 cals i think, made with skim milk basically....

I go with blueberries and raspberries, killer antioxidants and good fiber...
Mom and Pop of the berry family IMO...

Full fat string cheese is alright provided that you are not mixing carbs in with them. Ideally, i keep both on hand for a quick snack that can be used whenever i need a pro/fat meal or pro/carb meal.
