the other white meat

Ive been reading in this forum alot lately and see many many ppl use chicken as their protein source, along with, tuna, salmon, beef ,eggs, turkey

my question is:

does any one use center cut pork chops? they are supposed to be high protien, are easy to cook and definetly a tasty change from the usual

whats your views?
not good, good, ways to prepare them?

Hell yeah, Pork Tenderloin is also very lean and tasty.

oh good thing man. i was goin to say i dont see many ppl eating them, i eat them things up no probs but i wasnt sure if maybe they were not as good for me as i thought..
