bulkin without bloat???
has anyone on here been able to bulk good without almost completely losing abbs. I mean shit, It seems like its easy as hell to take in a shit load of good carbs and eat fairely clean, put on muscle, but I just get so damn bloated. I hate it cause it makes me look fat as hell. Any way around this?? Thanks.

Eat cleaner calories, I try and take in around 500-800 calories over my maintainance caloric intake.

yeah, i mean I might have been taken a few more calories than that, but they have all been clean, mainly chicken, steak, baked potatas with no butter, rice, oats, and some cereal, although it has some sugar it is fat free and i was bulking so I didnt worry about a little sugar post work out with my protien

might try drinking even more water to flush out sodium...

That's what I was thinking, might be high sodium content in your meats. Try eating fresh meats instead of frozen or prepackaged.

I never COMPLETELY lost my abs during my bulk, but i worked them hard with weight, and i DID drink a sh*tload of water, and they stuck around a lil.

More water is essential, however your sodium level is probably high as well...
You are going to deal with some bloat with the amounts of foods your eating .. Make sure your eating plenty of fiber and roughage to clean out the pipes ..... hehe

I appreciate the advice since I pretty much dont know shit about diet except what I learn on here. I drink around a gallon of water a day, is that not enough, or too much? I thought that what might have been makin my stomach stick out becaue it makes me so damn full drinkin that much water, but then again, im a dumbass

Thats a good range pal ... gallon+ a day should suffice ...

hey, thanks. Hell I like water. I would rather drink it then a ****in mountain dew or beer, but then again, I guess I just developed one of those so-called healthy habits
