Is it correct to add 50grams dextrose and 50 grams maltodextrin to your PWO shake?

depends how much protein you use. go for a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein.

when I used to use dex I used different ammounts depending on what muscle I worked. After a leg workout I did 2:1 carb/protein. After a upper body day I did 1:1

I have also been following around 1/1 maybe a a few more grams of carbs.

How many grams of carbs you consume from dextrose and/or malto depends on your goals and caloric needs.

It really does depend on your goals...
Personally I take in complex carbs post workout...

My stats are:
22yrs 6'3 235lbs around 8-10% bf
I am already pretty lean, but i want to get shredded. I have a photo shoot in March so i roughly have 1 1/2 months to prepare. What carb to protein ratio do you think i should go by for PWO?
I have raw glucose and raw maltodextrin.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would still do 2:1 until the week before the shoot. Just watch your total carb intake for the day. which carb you choose to use is up to you really. you could even do oats or some other whole food carb. Of course, all this is just my opinion!
