    how good of a protein shake is this?

    just curious to see what you guys think about this, been having it 3 times a day

    1 cup of water or skim milk
    scoop of oat meal
    scoop of peanut butter
    2 scoops of optiumum protein 24g a scoop
    2 raw eggs
    half of a banana
    and some ice then blend all together

    taste great just curious to what your opinions on this are.

    loose the oatmeal and the raw eggs and that is what i use everyday

    Raw eggs............ I will do that regularly without the eggs and maybe swap the banana or the oatmeal.

    You're mixing your macros a bit too much IMO...

    I could see it when bulking, dunni if I would use it even then though....depends on your goals and bodytipe really

    I would change it slightly...

    scoop of all natural peanut butter
    2 scoops of optiumum protein 24g a scoop
    half of a banana<--kind of iffy...okay if bulking...
    and some ice then blend all together
