    an off day would be approx 500cals less - less carbs - more EFA's
    yeah slin makes a huge different in your diet but only in your Pre WO, PWO and PPWO meal which cant contain any fat

    actually, dont really care......I know it's anabolic properties, but life or dealth is not a game I feel like playing.........you could afford a few more cals/meals, no? Def. a prebed shake!

    I could'nt count how many time i have sat up in bed to have a pro shake and 1-2 Tbsp of Natty PB.
