Casein: Will It Release Even Slower W/ Flax?

I am taking Casein w/ water an hour before bed. Was wondering if adding flax would slow the release even further?

i doubt it if its in liq form if it does slow it down its very minimal because its absorbed in the intestines and can take up to 8hrs

No, Tai is right. Protein and fats are absorbed in different parts of the body on top of the fact that Flax is already in a liquid state, it will not slow absorbtion that much. Don't use a casein shake either, eat whole food.

proteins are denatured in the TUMMY via acid.. fat is blasted in the intestine .. which is why its FAT THAT CONSTIPATES YOU not PROTEIN LOL
