Cardio after workout then how do i eat

For the next 4 months I will be unable to do am cardio (I have to be up at 5:30am).. i will do my cardio after i my 7pm workout then cardio about 8:00...

The problem is aren't you supposed to have Protein/Carb drink after you work out so does it defeat the purpose of doing the cardio??

And also I used to eat a protein/carb meal at 5:30 so do i still eat this since i am doing cardio at 8:00???

This is going to be my schedule from 2:30pm on..any input appreciated....What should i change?

    2:30pm Protein/Fat
    5:30pm protein/Carb meal
    7:00pm workout
    8:00pm cardio
    9:00pm protein/carb drink
    11:00pm protein/fat
    BED

    Workout 7-8pm
    Cardio 8-8:30pm
    PWO Shake 8:30pm

What does you PWO Shake look like? What is you Pro/fat meal before bed? This info will help figure out what you should be eating.

    Protein/Carb shake- 40grams protein/80grams dextrose
Protein fat meal or drink before bed -- 40g protien / flax oil cor hicken w/Flax oil

So do have a protein/carb or protein/fat meal before workout?

Should i have a protein/carb meal after my PWO shake?

since ur working out and then doing cardio, you will need your PWO shake.
the carbs in it will fuel your muscles and not inihibit any fat loss...
and then have a pro/fat meal before bed...

I would have my pro/carb shake before and after weight training. Then follow up with a solid pro/carb meal before bed. Have your shake after the cardio is done.

Today is my first day of me doing cardio after weight training, i feel like crap as i am used to getting up and doing cardio and that gets me going for the day.

Will try this for at least 2 weeks and see how it goes...tonight is the night.

I plan to be out of the gym by 7pm and have my PWO shake upon finishing cardio. Then have PPWO around 9:00 and then my pro/fat before bed at 11:30
