diet question on aas now off
I used 8 weeks of sust at 500 mg at first was eating alot then decided to diet cause i wanted to lose more fat. that I did lost about 15 pounds and gained force in the meantime. Ive been off for a month and a half for the first month i was fine kept force. Im eating a lot of protein and only one meal with carbs for lunch a pasta or rice. In the morning i have a protein shake and banana before workout. but now im losing force. Do you think i should stop this and go back to eating normal I think i must be catabolic without aas.

So you're losing strength?
Do what you want, but when I'm cutting I always feel a little weaker or more fatigued, obviously due to my calorie defecit, but if i keep working i never lose strength necessarily...

well two weeks ago on my last set with 220 i lifted 6 times and this week 4. maybe this is do to the calorie deficit. im thinking of using some test to stop catobolism. I know i eat enough protein, thats all i eat all day. and i always eat on time.
