Is this a good idea PWO?
50 grams whey, 50 grams maltodextrin, (instead of 50 grams glucose) substitute the glucose with whole wheat pancakes with crunchy peanutbutter on top?

IMO i would say no, the fats in the PB would oust the idea of a pro/carb meal PWO...

not right after a workout
immediately postworkout, you need PURE simple sugars and protein.
NO FATS. you can add in some of the complex carbs if you must, but
About an hour after your PWO drink, have the pancakes with the ANPB
