Quick question on P/F and P/C meals
Do the carbs in veggies count in a P/F meal. For a P/F meal I am doing 5 oz steak, 2 cups veggies and 2 sticks of string cheese. Is that OK to do? Or am I mixing carbs and fats?

It depends what veggies you are talking about if you are refeering to potatoes, tinned peas, carrots (startchy carbs) then no dont involve them in your P/F meal
AS far as brocholli, califlower, aspargus e.t.c these can be involved in your P/F meal as their carb count has no affect on blood sugar levels (fiboruos carbs)
As far as the steak is concerned i would personally not have the string cheese would perfer to trim all the fat of the steak and replace the bad fat with cod liver oil, natural peanut butter, flax e.t.c
