    BF Percentage Measurements

Does anyone here suggest a certain Bodyfat percent reader?

I would like to get an electric one for upper body, and one for lower body. Does anyone here use one, and if so, what brand is the most accurate/reliable?

I have my body fat checked by one of my friends who is a trainer at the university I attend.

    Here is what he says:

If you are looking for an electronic caliper, the Skyndex 1 is probably one of the best you're going to find.

The Harpenden caliper is not electronic but is probably the most accurate caliper out there. (This is the one I have used several times).

If you decide to go with either of the above, be prepared to shell out some dineros ($400-$500).
