Protein per serving
Really trying to get my diet dialed in and was wondering how much protein you can actually absorb in a single serving.

No one will ever be able to answer that for you, far too many variables for someone to give you a generalization.

Yea that was very broad question. Maybe this will help Im 38 6'3 238 im currently on about a 2400cal diet with 50%p 40%c 10%f. my total protein intake is about 300g a day divide between 6 meals. If I want to increase protein intake should I increase the servings to say 70g per serving or just try to throw in a few extra servings a day.
I realize this is a newb question but somedays I have trouble finding time for 6 meals let alone adding extra meals.
