    Different kinds of oats?

    I thought the only kind of oats were, well, just oats. I get plain old Quaker oats from publix, are these oats not good? Ive seen people put different kinds of oats like steel something oats and rolled oats and stuff like that. What should i be eating and where do i get them, thanks
