Thread: Bulking "tips"

What does everyone do when bulking to add extra cals? I have a very fast metabolism so I snack on little debby oatmeal cream cookies, each one has 180 cals.

well for me, my metabolism is slow as hell, so I try to bulk pretty clean or i will blow up like a ****ing good year blimp, much like I am right now. DAMN I NEED TO START CUTTIN AGAIN. oh, anyway, peanut butter and bannana sandwichs are off the chain, and will probably put more quality muscle and less fat on u than little debbie cakes. Eat a few pb and j sandwichs with bannanas, a protien shake, and use white bread since ur metabolism is so damn fast. hope this helps. good luck

I drink on average 4 whey shakes a day, sometimes I add oatmeal or PB. Sucks having such a fast metabolism. Trust me it's a curse.

yeah its kinda like a double edge sword having a quick metabolism because u stay lean as all hell but its hard to gain quality mass. I have the opposite happen, I can put on mass like its no tomorrow, but I get fat, oh well. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

Skim milk....cheap, great protein and low GI carbs, don't get better.
