I tried to make some of my own protien bars, and my lord i'm a crappy cook! :(
I just broke down and bought some. However i just ate 4 cans of tuna, just strait out of the can w/ some tex joy seasoning on the top. Tasted pretty good :)
I think smoked salmon might be another good one for me. 0 carbs and loads of protien. There 45 grams of protien in one lil can of tuna. So i just ate 180 grams in one meal :)
I found if ya mix up a can of tuna (i do 2 cans) with about 1 cup of steam veggies mix in some low fat mayo or whip taste pretty good. Or just veggies, fat free cheese, and tuna works.
Gotta take yer vitamins though :)

Smoked Salmon is delicious and yes it is high in protein...but it also high in fat. Now it is Omega 3 fat which is good...but don't go overboard. Also smoked salmon is cured with sugar and salt so use it sparingly.
