how many carbs and what kind
after reading around i understand you need to replenish carbs after workout. what is the best kind to use along with my whey shake and how much im 190 pounds and trying to keep lean mass and strip fat right now.

after workout shake
2 scoop whey/ 1/2 cup dex which will be about 80gs carbs
if you dont like that then use 2 scoop whey with some oats

from what i understood you need carbs with high glycemic index are oats one of them ? I will go with dex thx.

Yes you need high GI carbs and, no, oats are not one of them...
Go with dex

well i eat oats in the morning but after worout too? i was thinking something that would digest fast and replenish carbs being the only time i would use simple carbs during the day, i just didnt know what kind was best. is this wrong?
