Question on carb spiking insulin
I know if you eat 100 grams of dex, your insulin will surely spike. What if you eat 100 grams of oats? How many grams of a low glycemic carb will spike your insulin?

You will secrete the same total "amount" of insulin . However the Bell Curve willl be much different, one will spike up very fast and come down very fast as well. The other will provide a slow and stable rise in blood sugar with a slow and steady decline.

get yourself some real dex and quit using that cytogainer crap. Oats works pretty well too...helped a lot when I was cutting and Im still doin it..Im staying pretty lean still and starting to notice some muscle gain too.
I like the..skim milk/oats/whey route it works..
