    Before bed meal

Heres what ive been doing before bed for a bulk (not full on bulk but trying to gain a little weight):
2 tbsp flax...wow, tastes like shit
    2 cans tuna
    2 tbsp natty pb
50g pro shake after everything else

too much fat? i think it comes to be about 40g fat and 100g protein

me:6'3" 190, 24 yrs. ecto all the way

I'd replace the tuna with full fat cottage cheese. It's got it all. As for the shake thats your call some will tell you that it will be digested to quickly to be of any use and some will say with enough fat it will slow it down. I personally like to use a casein shake if I have them hansy if not I just up the cottage cheese

do either flax or pb...no need for both...I do either Muscle milk or cottage cheese and a mess load of almonds.

just seems to me that pb before bed digests a lot slower than flax. im probably wrong though, im good at that.

Seems like a bit too much protein for your stats......I mean some of it is probably being wasted....you on a cycle?

Here are a few differnt before bed meals for me, BTW, I am 250lbs..12%BF at 6'2"

1.) 1/2 tub of cottage cheese, .5 lb ground beef, broccoli, maybe some almonds (10-15)
2.) shake with flax, and cup of milk (1%) (if I am jsut tryin to hurry and get in bed)
3.) 2 cans tuna with 3 tbs natty PB

100g of protein in one meal is overkill for your stats IMHO, and you don't need both the flax and PB. Shit, you say you're an ecto (I am too) and your stats seem pretty thin, so I am sure you could even afford a cup of oats in there with some tuna and PB, that woudl be perfect, the oats would add soem fiber to slow some digestion as well. Veggies would have this effect too!.
