changed pre workout
just some info i was only eating a shake and banana then going directly to workout as I g oin the morning. today after reading last nite and the past few weeks feeling tired at the gym i changed and what a difference! I woke at a bunch of oats, and some lean protein. waited 45 minutes and then had the shake and litererally felt the difference. this board is great !
