Try adding this to your cutting/bulking diet
Brazilian Açaí
"Acai is loaded with antioxidants, about 20 times more than red wine, which helps fight aging. Acai also carries lots of fibers, healthy monounsaturated fats, iron and amino acids".
Maybe not the best staple for a cutting diet but you bulkers should take advantage as Acai is now available to be delivered to your door anywhere in the USA, originally this was only available in select cities (CA mostly) and of course Brazil.

Im addicted to the shit. theres juice bars everywhere (im in brazil) it costs 5 reias 2.50 they mix with banana and orange juice its really thick. all the sports people swear by it. It is very high calorie though.
