eat eat eat i know.......
I am on test e right now in 4th week and i look like a smooth baseball (bloated). I am taking creatine + test e (500 a week), with daily nolva 20mg. I already know that its one or the other and i am still eating way althought i am little concerned out it. My weight has gone up but it looks like most from the stomach area. This is how i have my diet
morning pro/carb
pre lunch pro/fat
lunch pro/fat
after lunch pro/fat
before pre gym pro/fat
pre gym pro/carb
GYM
post shake pro/carb
post post pro/carb
(depending if not too late at night) pro/fat
Seems like a lot of fat to me ? I am eating a lot of peanut butter (good kind), olive oil, and am going to order some flax.
I just want to make sure my train in still on the right track ?

im with u bro on this one, i cut my cuttin routine short to start cycle, and now im smooth already...what im goin to do is keep eatin like hell, and put a lil cardio somewere in my day...

Protein shake with dex/malt
Post post
Brown rice
Steak or burger
(when I have time)
cottage cheese
olive oil
I try to eat mainly these foods and change the combos up a lot. I also
working on getting more greens in my diet. I also add in fish when i can to. The thing that worried me a little is that i eat a lot of PB for my fats.

How much oats n stuff too bro? I know your bulking, but maybe your way over on cals. Try taking some fats out (just have the burgers instead of burgers AND pb, same with eggs, maybe 4 whoe eggs, 4 whites for a meal), and your carbs maybe 1/2 cups instead of cups?

Remember what you're taking...creatine...test e...you're on a rent-a-muscle cycle dude, its gonna pump u full of water and you're gonna look fat. im not critiquing your cycle (i love test) but its gonna blow u up like that a little. every time ive done test (sust) it sticks my stomach out too, i think cuz im eating so much. your fats may be high, it doesnt take much fat to equal a lot of calories. all this is imo

After i am done the cycle i am going to have clen in my PCT so i hope that helps me a little more.

Personally it looks like you need to eat more that is unless the portions of the food are up to par I'd imagine they are but as for the creatine I'd save it for PCT. Your bulking dont be affraid to put on some fat. Ive always felt that if I put on fat and muscle I can always burn the fat quicker than building the muscle if you get my drift.

okay, so you're eating chicken or eggs with almonds or peanut butter
how much. are you eating an entire frickin' chicken, skin on, fried, with half a tub of PB?
or are you eating 6 oz of skinless chicken breast with 1T of peanut butter?
pre gym, brown rice and egg whites....great! Good food. 2 egg whites? 12 egg whites? 43223 egg whites? 1/2c brown rice? 2 cups brown rice?
you must give details!
