    eat eat eat i know.......

    I am on test e right now in 4th week and i look like a smooth baseball (bloated). I am taking creatine + test e (500 a week), with daily nolva 20mg. I already know that its one or the other and i am still eating way althought i am little concerned out it. My weight has gone up but it looks like most from the stomach area. This is how i have my diet

    morning pro/carb

    pre lunch pro/fat

    lunch pro/fat

    after lunch pro/fat

    before pre gym pro/fat


    pre gym pro/carb

    GYM

    post shake pro/carb

    post post pro/carb

    (depending if not too late at night) pro/fat

    Seems like a lot of fat to me ? I am eating a lot of peanut butter (good kind), olive oil, and am going to order some flax.
    I just want to make sure my train in still on the right track ?

    im with u bro on this one, i cut my cuttin routine short to start cycle, and now im smooth already...what im goin to do is keep eatin like hell, and put a lil cardio somewere in my day...

    cutting yes! bulking, NO! I eat carbs in EVERY meal......

    neglecting carbs was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made during my last cut. Personally didnt have enough fats....but carbs are just as important as protein........

    sorry for delay i was at work :

    Morning:
    Blended protein shake and oats
    3 egg whites

    pre lunch
    burger
    peanut butter

    lunch
    chicken breast
    small salad (for my greens)
    almounds or PB

    after lunch
    more chicken or eggs
    with almounds or PB

    pre gym
    brown rice
    egg whites

    GYM

    Post
    Protein shake with dex/malt

    Post post
    Brown rice
    Steak or burger

    (when I have time)
    cottage cheese
    olive oil


    I try to eat mainly these foods and change the combos up a lot. I also
    working on getting more greens in my diet. I also add in fish when i can to. The thing that worried me a little is that i eat a lot of PB for my fats.

    Im guessing its natty pb correct? What about the hamburgers, what % are they?

    PB is natural yes, and burgers are 90% lean. When i cook them on the GF grill no fat comes out.

    How much oats n stuff too bro? I know your bulking, but maybe your way over on cals. Try taking some fats out (just have the burgers instead of burgers AND pb, same with eggs, maybe 4 whoe eggs, 4 whites for a meal), and your carbs maybe 1/2 cups instead of cups?

    Remember what you're taking...creatine...test e...you're on a rent-a-muscle cycle dude, its gonna pump u full of water and you're gonna look fat. im not critiquing your cycle (i love test) but its gonna blow u up like that a little. every time ive done test (sust) it sticks my stomach out too, i think cuz im eating so much. your fats may be high, it doesnt take much fat to equal a lot of calories. all this is imo

    I might cut back slightly on the fats and like i said add in two cardio days , 20mins HITT .

    I did expect a little bloat and i guess i got what was coming to me. Yeah my stomach is sticking out a bit. I really don't care too much as i am bulking so i will cont to eat big. I just want to make sure i am eating the right stuff and all.

    After i am done the cycle i am going to have clen in my PCT so i hope that helps me a little more.

    Helping with recovery........bad idea ?
    i remember reading mixed reviews about it. Maybe i will drop it to ease the bloat a little.

    Personally it looks like you need to eat more that is unless the portions of the food are up to par I'd imagine they are but as for the creatine I'd save it for PCT. Your bulking dont be affraid to put on some fat. Ive always felt that if I put on fat and muscle I can always burn the fat quicker than building the muscle if you get my drift.

    I think the cals are high enough. I am gaining weight fast so i have no worries there.I just a little concerned a little with all the fat (natty PB, almonds, olive oil) i was taking in.

    brohim, you MUST POST YOUR RATIOS, the amounts of the foods you're eating

    saying this:

    okay, so you're eating chicken or eggs with almonds or peanut butter

    how much. are you eating an entire frickin' chicken, skin on, fried, with half a tub of PB?
    or are you eating 6 oz of skinless chicken breast with 1T of peanut butter?

    pre gym, brown rice and egg whites....great! Good food. 2 egg whites? 12 egg whites? 43223 egg whites? 1/2c brown rice? 2 cups brown rice?

    you must give details!
