getting ripped?
I just lost about fourty pounds and I really want to get ripped out and was wondering if there was a certain diet, workout, or supplement I could incorporate to help the process along. I still have a little more fat to lose I weigh 168 and work out everyday. I take whey and am currently on a rice and oatmeal diet that lost me the fourty pounds. I already run everyday. I am 17 so I am on sort of a budget as far as crazy stackers and fuels go so anything you could think of to help me get ripped I'd appreciate.

thats pretty tall.....u should build mass before you start cutting in my opinion.....maybe you should try eating more low gi carbs like green veggis or maybe eat brown rice.....what kind ofprotein sources you have?.....imo i would gain muscle mass before ou cut cause if i was 5 11 and 168 i would be freakky skinny and ripped

yeah I'm getting pretty defined and I just want that six pack look otherwise the rest is fine. I will try switching to veggies and brown rice and right now Iuse trader Joe's brand Whey, it is pretty good and cheap too. I also eat those protein pancakes wow are they a great high protein breakfast. Thanks for the suggestions, I apprciate any imput I can get.

wha drinks can i drink on keto diet?
what drinks can i drink on a ket diet besides.......water......i heard cyrstal lite is ad to drink on it and i need some suggestions.....
