Billy boy or diet specialist
195 5'10 My goals are to gain 5ilbs and see abs.
7am 5 eggs, oatmeal, 4 oz milk
9am 2 servings protein(proplete) 8oz milk
12 pm 2 chicken breasts
1 cup of rice(or sweat potatoes)
Ala
3.30pm 2 servings protein(proplete)
8 oz milk
6;15pm 2 chicken breasts
1 cup of rice or(sweat potatoes)
ALA
10 pm 1 serving protein
8 0z milk
10:30pm zinc tab. 10 grams glutamine

How different is this from what you ordinarily eat? For me it would be really boring and very high in carb. But the carb levels are certainly manageable if you are burning them off with good cardio. Also, wont you be hungry all the time on this? There seem to be some long gaps in there without any food.

Replace at least two of those shakes with real food, and milk may not help you reach goals, most ppl get bloated and have 'thick skin look" from milk

A keto diet can help reduce weight as it lowers the amount of carbs taken in and focuses on the fat levels of the diet which typically increase when using a keto diet.Most Keto diets treat the fats as equal which I would disagree with for instance I would not want to fill my body up with saturated fats.
Most bodybuilders use the basic outline of a keto diet hence when they decide to cut one would lower the carbs and increase the fat to provide the body with some cals for energy.This normally takes the form of flaxseed oil added to protein shakes.
Unstanding a keto diet is quite simple but maintaining it and controlling it is very hard and demanding.
Keep your protein high to try and maintain the muscle you have built and as for how much you will lose that depends greatly on your body type your metabolic rate and your bodies own underlying chemistry.Only you know when to tweak it to achieve the weight loss you require.What are your goals?

i am about 200 rite now i ave been on a keto since may 13 i want to get down t like 170 or less by july 4th is itpossble on keto ?........i take 6 grams of cla a day and i take 5 eca stack pills (dymtradine extrme)should i take ala?usnic acid?......will 6 grams of cla make me lose more weight or will it prevent fat losss......should i increase the dosage ?lower?any oter supplements?

You keep on looking for ways to cut using supplements. What's your cardio look like? That's what will REALLY make the diffrerence. And to be honest with you losing 30 lbs in six weeks is VERY agressive. I did when I started, but I was very fat so there was a lot there to lose. Is that the same as you? I doubt it. Asa you go lower, it gets more difficult to reduce bf% as your body (or at least mine) seems to resist.

ok i do 30 mins of cardio....at least 4 times a week(usualluy 6 )i do the bike
my diet is
half hour before meal 1 2 dymetradine extremes(eca)
meal 1 - 3 egg whites and turkey omelette 2 cla pills
half hour before meal 2- 2 dymetradine extrmes
meal 2- turkey and lettuce
half hour before meal 3-1 dymetradine extrme
meal 3 - can of tuna with i table spoon reduced fat mayo( 5 grams fat) 2 cla pills
meal 4- chicken 2 cla pills
total 5 eca pills 6 grams cla is this good diet?

How long have you been doing your ECA stacks? Thier effectiveness diminishes in time as your receptors become desensitized to thier effect. As a result, many people will do 2 weeks clen and two weeks ECA. My experience with clen is that it is very effective, but does a bit of a number on one's system. So if you have access to clen, you may want to try it. I am not advocating anything here, just telling you about possibilities.

Beenie is right Clen will help reduce the bodyfat and it is a fine line between doing too much cardio and not enough.You main goal is to drop the weight but 30lbs in 6 weeks is achievable but it will be taxing on your body.
Out of interest what sort of dosage of clen did you run Beenie ?

People who take the .02mg tabs often take 1 tab the first day, two the second, 3 the third. . . and 7 tabs for days 7-14. That would be 1.4 mg.

well i have no way of getting clen .......i would take it just no soruce.(if anyone can pm me i would appreciate it) i have sytarted taking eca(dfymetradine extreme ) since like may 13 and am gonna take it until july 4th is that good? will it work good ?with my diet should i lose all the weight i desire?
