    Sugars??

    WHATS IS THE MAX CARB ALOWANCE WHEN TRYING TO STRIP FAT AND KEEP MUSCLE?IM EATING ABOUT 9 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT SPREAD THROUGH OUT THE DAY WITH EITHER TUNA OR CHICKEN SALAD THATS ALL FOR CARBS.
    HOW ABOUT THOSE SUGAR CARBS ON THE BACK OF MILK ABOUT 12g FOR THE MOST.
    AND THE ZONE BARS ABOUT 16-18G SUGARS.

    Ok...first of all you are eating way too much bread bro. I try not to eat any more than 4 slices max per day (2 slices is better) or 1 whole wheat bagel. You are far better off with some brown rice or wheat pasta. Also oats for breakfast...try and eat a few more leafy greens like spinach and also try to use yams (sweet potatos). Just be careful with sugar...try and keep it to a minimum.

    and don't forget about the sugars you drink. fruit juice, soda, kool aide.....they're all high in sugars

    The MAX? I would say as close to zero as you can get for SIMPLE carbs...except for in your post-workout drink.

    Once again a post with no stats ... Well if you were 8'5 and weighed 680 lbs @10 % your max carbs may be much more than mine ...maybe not Petes ...hehe

    What r your goals and stats at present ...

    But other than specifics Pete is right again , way to much bread brother .....

    give me a sample of your daily diet and we'll go from there ..ok ?

    I ain't either, but the other day, my total for groceries was $13.34, and I gave the teller a $20. How much change does that leave me??? $6.*6 .     hi there. just a small question to all ppl out there: why is bread that bad?? i know its high in carbs, but ppl say you musn't touch the stuff! looking at it from a nutritional point of view it looks quite brilliant:

    for about 3 slices (about 100g here) i would get about 50g good qualtity carbs, 2g fat, 5-8g protein, 5g fibre. of course it differes per bread, but a decent wholewheat bread is roughly like that. is there something i am missing in all the labels?? thanks guys

    my stats 5"10 around 226 27%bf i think.
    going to see a proff today about my body composition i will post as soon as i can the results

    Hey Papa ..... It seems this 666 thing is after you eh ? by throwing the penny it may have saved you but doesnt your receipt say you were given $6.66 change ....?
    I would have grabbed a pack of sugar free gum .....hehe
