Somthing I've learned though dieting.
My first really low carb diet was a compleat victory.
I started out around 18% body fat and was under 10% in 21 days.
I lost lots of fat, fast and even with out much cardo.
Also using a ECA stack.
I've been using low carbs for dieting and ECA stacks when ever dieting now.
What I've picked up (how my body reacts anyway).
If i use low carbs for over 30 days, the fat loss pretty much stops after that. I'll loose massive fat for those 30 days, but then it tappers right off and never getting far below 9%.
I'm not sure if this is because my body becomes more efficent and using the small amount of carbs I do injest. Anyone know?
My plan for this diet is now.
I just got done w/ the low carb part, I'm about 10% body fat.
I'll raise my carb intake to 300 grams a day, consisting of only Rice, Oats, and Whole Grains. Combined with 300 grams of Protien and 40-60 grams of fat.
I'll use this for 30 days, to get my body use to burning energy from carbs again. But will not retain much wieght at all because its still fairly low carbs, and only very good carbs.
After those 30 days are up, I'll go try cutting out the oats/grains/rice and see what happens.
Anyone else ever try this? or any thoughs? suggestions?

You definetely have the right idea. Insulin sensitivity is a huge concern when coming off a ketogenic or low carb diet. I always slowly incorporate cabrohydrates back in, usually in isocaloric ratios.
