hey m8, a couple of good books i have bought over the past couple of years are THE MODERN ENCYCLOPEDIA OF BODY BUILDING BY ARNOLD SWAZZENEGGER and GOLDS GYM ENCYCLOPEDIA OF BODY BUILDING and BRAWN although these are not strictly about nutrition and diet they are very good books that i constantly refer to for new exercises for my workouts as well as having info about food types and how the body grows etc etc .

Those sound like a couple books i might pick up as well.
But as you probabally know, AR has LOADS of information. Everyday i spend some time searching for old posts and you cannot believe how much i learn each day.

The Body Opus by Dan Duchaine.
It'll give you some insights in burning fat and how to build muscle. It also gives you an idea of how you can coordinate your diet and workout.
