When to take ALA?

when should ALA be tacken?
before a meal? in the morning and thru the day?
at night?
when will i get the most effectiveness out of it?

I take mine with every meal.
You should take it with food though, some people get heartburn and some get upset stomachs when taken without food.
Are you using it to speed up ketosis?

definitely post workout though b/c it increases insulin sensitivity
