Gainer Fuel 2500...

Is it any good?
I know that there are 2500cals per serving but does it do any good?
I also wanted to know where can I buy prepared proteind drinks?
I hav chcked sports nutrition...couldnt find anything.

thanks, but i think you misunderstood my question. My question was if this thing actually work(gainer's fuel 2500)...yesterday i made my self a shake out of it and that shit is nasty, I had to was it down with water because it was so thick...
