    What I ate today.

    4 scoops of whey protein
    4 cups of milk
3 large eggs w/breakfast skillets w/ham in it
    1.5 cups of cooked rice
    2 California rolls (sushi)
    2 0z cooked boneless chicken
    7 oz of beef flank
1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich

    cals fat carb protein
    2408 81 198 218

This is the first day in a long time I've eaten what I'm supposed to to gain weight. I'm trying my hardest to eat like this everyday again. Last time I bulked I started at 135 and jumped up to 165 Natural. I stopped working out and eating good so it was only a matter of time before I lost the weight. I'm weighing 145 right now and hope to get up to 175 this time.
The thing is I'm a little tight on money right now. I don't know how you guys afford to eat like you do. If anybody has any feed back let me know what I can do better and some cheap foods that I can buy to continue my bulk.

as for me i work at a grocery store that specializes in meats, so i got it easy when it comes to chicken breast, steaks, ground beef/chuck and etc... i should prolly be eating more of the stuff but it can get quite costly like mentioned earlier. too bad we dont get a discount or it would be nice if they sold it for cost to the employees.

sushi isn't too too bad, just high in carbs, obvs because its wrapped in rice, but for a bulker this isn't necesarily bad either.

sushi is really good for you though.
