    Lightbulb Important: Wanna lose weight?

    Here is one basic tip for everyone trying to get those extra pounds off.

    DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!
    When losing weight, bye exercising or supplements or whatever ya'll are doing. When your body breaks up your stored fat to convert it into energy, your also releasing more then your body might need. If you don't have the proper amount of hydration the released toxins have no where to go but back to being stored. The toxins need a lift, the hydration acts like a car that picks em up and carries them right out of your body. Your urine shouldn't be any color but clear if you are maximizing hydration.

    I drink a lot of water aswell the only problem is i never stop going to the toliet. Always a good break from work though.
