    my thoughts to certain foods

first of all dont take this post too seriously, im no nutritionist, i am just putting my thoughts across, maybe someone could post who would have a similar or opposite experience as me. ive been trying all sorts of foods for a while and seeing how i go on them. there is some i like more than others....it could be a mental thing but i feel i benefit differently from certain foods..

chicken : good protien source but can get sick of really easy.

beef : i prefer more to chicken, i feel my body responds more to it. i digest it better maybe?

soy : i had taken for a period of time (full fat soy milk) upto a litre a day, massive wieght gainer for me extra muscle, fat and water included

tuna/fish : great protien for me if i have the taste for it at times.

eggs : i get a 10 kg frozen block every 2 weeks i go through. take my advice, never mix raw eggs with your shakes. promotes bacteria, salmonella, Diarrhea and you dont want that. Always cook it, great source of protien

whey protien: a must i think for a supplement protien, good in generous amounts

potatoes: ok but not my prefered carb source

rice: my first choice of carbs, i digest it great and i do feel the benefits of this decent carb source

breads: ok but not my prefered carb source

oats: great love it, especially morning. up there with rice

water: cant get enough, my skin glows when i have a decent amount hehe

glucose: great mix with your glutamine and creatine , good choice with first thing for your body to absorb after workout or cardio.

any one have any views like this?

All foods can get boring thats why you need to add spices and zest it up a little just watch the salt intake I,m with you on the rice I love the stuff.

As for the eggs I,ve always eaten mine raw and to this day never had a prob its a matter of preference and I have guts like a cast iron tank LOL

My favorite carb soruce is PASTA, nothing beats it and nothing gives me as much energy on a workout like a big load of pasta and some meat.

Rice can not even compere IMO.

i wish i was like you billy boy, u really have no probs with raw eggs?
man, even if i have like 3 - 5 glasses of milk in one day my stomach churns, its so much of a benefit to have a hardy stomach.

i never thought to put pasta, i like it as well but havent had it for ages,
this might sound wierd but i eat my rice and pasta without anything.

I eat it without anything sometimes to but it gets boring real quick that way IMO. But throw some cheese on the pasta and its a killer meal(taste wise that is ).
