Where Can I Find Ground Beef Nutrition Facts
Well I'm finally at the point I cant eat chicken breast anymore. I'm starting to gag getting every bite down. So I bought some 95/5 ground beef. I'm assuming that's 95% lean 5% fat?
Anyways there is no nutrition label on the package and I'm having trouble finding any. Anybody know where I can find the info?

Big D,
I believe that the beef is 5% by weight. You need to check out what one serving (measurement) is indicated on the nutritional facts on the side. Like 7oz of it or something. The fat consumption on the Ground beef can add up very fast if you are not careful with the servings. The marblelization of ground beef shows all of the fat all mixed up in it!
Why not try lean steak? If you want RED MEAT go for a Flank steak. Flank is my Steak of choice. Steaks are lean and you can tell through close inspection how much fat it has on it. You can trim the fat off of steaks very easy. Plus STEAK TASTES GOOD. It will make your muscle look fuller. Red meat also has a natural amount of creatine in it. Good Luck!
Big R.

Yeah the problem is there is no labeling at all on the meat. Just that it's a total of 1lbs and its 95/5
So I'm trying to calculate it in to my diet but I dont know how much to eat. I'm looking for serving size and the nutrition value of that serving...Protein, Fat, Carbs, Cals...you know all that stuff.

Solid I got the idea from reading that thread a long time ago.
That diet calls for 4% lean beef...what is that comparied to mine labled 95/5?
Also it calls for 8oz...what's that in relation to lbs...basically how many oz = 1lb?
