    diet suggestions

    I started following big kevs workout

    If some one could just hit me up with a quick 5 meal plan just to start things off-I would much appreciate it..

    Doesn't have to be real specific just a quick foundation

    1. 6 eggs, oatmeal

    2. protein mix, flax

    3. 2 chicken breasts, salad

    4. protein, flax

    5. steak, sweet pototatoes

    6. protein, flax
