high protien cereal as a snack?
I eat high protien cereal as a snack all through the day when I get hungry between meals. Good snack, or is there something wrong with it?

I've heard of all sorts of 'hi'protein' foods. Like pasta, bread, i guess cereal, biochem makes candy, oatmeal (yes...saw an add for it). I say if you want protein, and it has it, why the hell not? But like key said, is it full of sugar and other carbohydrates? If not, mob it...if so, stick with real food or shakes.

24g protein, 4 carbs, and 2g sugar. So with skim milk it's like 32g protein, 17 carbs, and 2g sugar.

I regullarlly eat cerals that are high in fiber and somewhat high in protien ads far as cerals go all the time betwwen meals. Cerals such as Total are really good. Try this..
1/2 bowl of total
1 very ripe bananna
1 scoop of protien powder (Chocolate)
Now mix all of the ingredients together. The bananna will have enough water in to and the final product should come out like a thick paste. It's really good.

Keto-crisps is the name. Looked at the box last night, and here are the exact numbers: 22g protien, 2g carbs, 0g sugar.
