I'm a big guy and I have to eat alot to be happy. But you can only eat so much of a certain type of food in a given day. Sometimes expecially at night I just get these horrible munchies where I gotta have something to eat and I can't stop. What I'm wondering is what is a good snack food thats goin to fill me up, but not going to get me fat w/ tons of carbs at night.
