First of all Props posting the diet like that very very organized. I have to say far to many shakes. You have 2 nlarge shakes and 2 isopure shakes and Plus im assuming your postworkout shake. So 5 shakes in total. Thats way too much.
Also what are your stats? your taking in about 5000 cals.
Agreed on that. Too many shakes. Solid food much better than shake anyday, except for PWO where quick nutrient absorption is necessary. And at 190 lbs, I would think 5000 cals would be a little high. You are likely to gain a little bit of fat on that diet.
Anyway, we need a whole lot more info to determine whether that diet is right for you. Check the stickys at the top.
I thought meal 2: 2 slices of Bread Plus a Bagel is unessary do 1 only.
