I eat a farly heathy diet and I have been told by some of my friends that it is good to eat a can of tuna a night becuase it is high in protien. just wondering if this was true?

Tuna does have a lot of protein. I usually eat 1 or 2 cans a day. I'd go with a protein shake right before bed though. Save the tuna for lunch or as a snack.... JMO....

Tuna for a snack, that's funny...but like Neo said, eat it for lunch or supper, or between meals...i prefer Protein shake or cottage cheese before bed...XXLSOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.

Make sure the shake isn't whey though. Use casien for slower absorption so you don't catabolise during the night. Tuna is also a good idea for the same reason JMO.
