Need macros and cals to give advise but hard to believe you're at 32% BF if you've been consistently eating that diet, especially with 90 min cardio ED.

i have only been doing the diet for a week. i setup the diet a few years ago but work schedule killed any chance of sticking to it. got some time on my fat hands now, so time to get back on it and get down on weight. looking for 220lbs by the end of the year.

Baseline Is right, 90 minutes is way too long for cardio, I would stick to 30 mins. with interval training (45 mins. regular cardio) working up to high intensity interval training over time. IMHO. Keep that body uncomfortable during your cardio! there is a reason you always see heavy people walking.
