Spicing up the taste of protein shakes!!

What do you all use to make your plain tasting protein shakes a little more pleasing? Was hoping some of you would be more then happy to share what you have brewing up in the kitchen.

Just wanted to give a little treat to the taste buds!

A tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter really helps, and/or a banana. An egg or two adds richness and texture, as well as protein (and fat...).

I use a variety of things....banannas, yogurt, ice cream (only 1 scoop), peanut butter etc. Obviously these ingredients vary depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting but they sure can make even the blandest shake taste good!

Try Vanilla Myoplex with Orange Ultra Fuel! Tastes like a creamcicle. I've added bananas, yogurt, strawberries, lots of ice cubes, and peaches to my regular protein shakes....

If your protien shake doesnt taste good consider swithchin brands. I recently switched to the Vitamin Shoppe Brand. 2 lbs=$17, and it is sweetened with splenda so it disolves cleanly.

I assume you have done this but if you haven'f try the following:
pur 6 ice cubes in a blender. add 2 scooopes of protien shake, ad 1/2 cup water. Blend. It comes out tasting like a McDonalds frappe.

i had some mixed berry met-rx left which i thought tasted pretty terrible, but then i added two tablespoons of lemon-lime gatorade powder to it, mix with half milk and half water and it came out pretty decent.

I add cinnamon , makes a whole world of difference.

Don't need to add anything but 1/2-3/4 of the recommended water to make it nice and rich.
