i have that anabolic diet from www.musclemaster.com it is a keto diet but it allows you to have 2 cheat days and it makes you consume mostly fat, then protein then very little carbs......it seems goodand the whole thing makes sense i read the whole thng did anyone try this out ?......it is made by apollo fitness.....it looks relaly good ad i wanna do it is it worth it ?.....
