    Generally guidelines 4 cutting!

    Hi, i' m about 7-8 % BF, i would like to arrive around 5, but it is very difficult for me because i am endomorph.
    According to you, what i can do for this end?
    Now i' m off juice, what kind of diet approach is the best in a natural endomorph 4 cut?
